  5. During the thirteen years prior to ICI, worked as a consultant, project manager and management executive (Operations Manager and COO) for ATESI (Advanced Technology Engineering Systems, Inc.); supported public utilities with engineering/operations analysis and productivity improvement

  6. Served for over 8 years as a naval officer (Naval Aviator and a Civil Engineer Corps officer); assignments included tours overseas (Philippines) and in various stateside locations, including a tour as Officer in Charge, NAVFAC Contracts Columbus, OH
